Position Overview


Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department. We're seeking a proactive individual who loves to connect with people, help them see opportunity, and help to give them a great start at the company. You will recruit, you will hire, you will onboard, and you will be the friendly and professional face of the company to our new hires. Your attention to detail and joyful personality will drive our recruitment efforts forward. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in HR within a fast-growing company.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and find awesome talent.
  • Build the hiring strategy and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition through  onboarding.
  • Seek out rockstars (like yourself) wherever they are looking for jobs and even when they are not. This will include networking, generating referrals, hunting in online channels, going to career fairs, and other creative solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Assist in handling HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Support in coordinating and developing training and development programs.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR files as necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.


Benefits & Pay 

The pay range for this role is $35,000 to $45,000, depending on skills and experience.
