What You’ll Do

As a Strategy and Customer Success Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, team empowerment, and customer satisfaction with creativity and precision.

Shape Strategy & Drive Growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on strategy, team management, or customer success.
  • Strong track record of coaching, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with software tools and eagerness to master new systems.
  • Comfort managing to P&L and key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Some college preferred (not required for standout candidates).
