The Position

The Maintenance Support Technician responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general maintenance tasks, repairs, and handyman work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, HVAC basics, etc.)
  • Receiving, scheduling, and completing assigned work orders from the Property Manager
  • Conducting and documenting move-in/move-outs
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Assisting with after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed
  • Completing courier tasks as assigned (delivering supplies, lockboxes, signage, etc.)
  • Assisting the Field Services Specialist with move-in quality checks and Property Condition Reviews (PCRs) when needed
  • Managing and maintaining company tools and vehicle properly
  • Providing timely and professional communication with owners, residents, and vendors
  • Upholding customer service standards and promoting a positive company culture


Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential maintenance or comparable housing repair experience
  • Strong general repair knowledge across multiple trades
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented with ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely use ladders and hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check/drug test

Compensation & Benefit Highlights

  • Annualized Compensation Range Based on Experience: $50,000 – $54,000
  • Company truck provided for working hours
