The Position
The Maintenance Support Technician responsibilities will include:
- Performing general maintenance tasks, repairs, and handyman work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, HVAC basics, etc.)
- Receiving, scheduling, and completing assigned work orders from the Property Manager
- Conducting and documenting move-in/move-outs
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Assisting with after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Completing courier tasks as assigned (delivering supplies, lockboxes, signage, etc.)
- Assisting the Field Services Specialist with move-in quality checks and Property Condition Reviews (PCRs) when needed
- Managing and maintaining company tools and vehicle properly
- Providing timely and professional communication with owners, residents, and vendors
- Upholding customer service standards and promoting a positive company culture
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential maintenance or comparable housing repair experience
- Strong general repair knowledge across multiple trades
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with ability to problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely use ladders and hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check/drug test

Compensation & Benefit Highlights
- Annualized Compensation Range Based on Experience: $50,000 – $54,000
