Your Responsibilities as a General Manager
- Manage Performance - As the head of operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the team, including setting key performance indicators and managing the team to achieve them.
- Personnel Development - You will help determine who to hire, and you will coach and mentor team members to higher levels of performance.
- The Buck Stops With You - You will be responsible for handling issues with team members, customers, and owners if they cannot be addressed by the team.
- Process Improvements - You will find opportunities to improve the business protocols to deliver greater employee and customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance Performance - You will be responsible for vendor management and ensuring that they are performing to our standards.

- Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing are a plus!
Job Requirements for the General Manager Position
Preferred experience for the position includes:
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team.
- Proficient with learning software systems.
- Competency in navigating and managing to a profit & loss (P&L) statement.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Some college preferred but required for exceptional candidates.
Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the General Manager position is a base pay of $75,000-$90,000 based on skills and experience plus an incentive structure based on labor efficiency ratio, kpi's and company profit.
