EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR (OPERATIONS & STRATEGY)

Sioux Falls, South Dakota | Full-Time | Reports to COO

YOU

You are the person who always has the list.

Not because someone asked you to — because you like knowing what’s happening, who owns it, and what’s coming next. You take notes in meetings that other people actually want to read. You follow up before things get dropped. You notice when something might fall through the cracks — and you help make sure it doesn’t.

You’re not looking to be the one calling every shot. You want to be close to the action, learning how decisions get made, how a growing company operates, and how to support work that matters. You take pride in helping bring order to complexity and being someone others can rely on.

You communicate clearly in writing. You handle sensitive information with discretion. And you’re comfortable asking clarifying questions so you can get things right the first time.

If that sounds like you — this role was built with you in mind.

THE ROLE

The Executive Coordinator supports the COO and broader team by helping turn priorities into clear, organized execution.

This is not just a calendar-management role. You’ll help track initiatives, prepare materials, coordinate across departments, and ensure follow-through — all while being supported by a team that values clarity and shared ownership.

You won’t be responsible for making final strategic decisions — but you will have visibility into how they’re made and play a meaningful role in helping them move forward.

For the right person, this is a strong entry point into operations, leadership support, and business strategy.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

Tracking & Organization

Help maintain a clear picture of active initiatives — including owners, timelines, and status — so priorities stay visible and on track.

Meeting Support

Prepare agendas, capture key takeaways, and help ensure next steps are clear and followed through on.

Cross-Team Coordination

Partner with different teams to keep projects moving, connect information, and gently surface gaps or risks early.

Reporting & Communication

Organize updates into clear, usable summaries that help leadership stay informed and make decisions.

Process Support

Assist in documenting and improving workflows. Help track adoption and share ideas that make things run more smoothly.
