As a Community Manager at Real Property Management Express you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents have an exceptional living experience. You will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging and maintaining a positive living environment within our communities.


Your Responsibilities as a Community Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure the community is well-maintained and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Manage the community budget, including rent collection and expense tracking.
  • Enforce community policies and regulations consistently and fairly.
  • Address and resolve any resident disputes or conflicts in a diplomatic and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor analysis to make recommendations for rent pricing and property improvements.


To Be Successful in this Role:

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in property management software and Google Office Suite.
  • A passion for creating a sense of community and enhancing the resident experience.


Job Requirements for the Community Manager Position:

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

  • Familiarity with email and internet usage.
  • Depending on the role, knowledge of specific software or databases may be required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to identify and address issues that may arise during daily tasks.
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions to common problems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum requirement.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing and/or property management.


Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Community Manager position is a base pay of $36,000/annually.
