Real Property Management Preferred is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be driving revenue by converting leads, generating new business, and selling the value of our property management services to residential property owners. You will educate prospects on how we can solve their property management challenges. More importantly, you will close deals and build lasting client relationships by clearly demonstrating how Real Property Management stands out from the competition.

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager


Nurture and Close Leads: As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you will meet with property owners, deliver persuasive presentations, and close new management agreements.


Educate Prospective Clients: Clearly communicate the value of partnering with Real Property Management and position our company as the superior choice in the market. You will be presenting sales proposals on how we can address their needs and make their life easier.


Identify New Opportunities: Network in the community, attend industry events, and mine current client relationships for additional opportunities to generate new leads.


Consistent Follow Up: Track interactions and leads in the CRM, follow up diligently, and stay focused on activities that drive sales results.

•You’re proactive in following up, building your pipeline, and staying accountable to sales metrics.

•You actively network throughout the community to build lasting referral partnerships.

•You bring energy, drive, and a positive, performance-focused mindset to your day-to-day.

•You have property management or real estate investment experience (a plus, not a must).


Job Requirements for the Business Development Manager Position:


•Prior experience in a client-facing sales or business development role

•Strong CRM and computer proficiency


Compensation & Benefits:


•Competitive base salary of $50,000, combined with an uncapped commission structure that offers the potential to exceed $100,000 based on your performance. 

•Your earnings are directly tied to your ability to nurture & close new business

•Five (5) days Personal Time Off (PTO) prorated for the first year of employment (PTO pay eligible after 90 days) and Ten (10) days PTO days your second year and thereafter.

•Six (6) company holidays each calendar year (holiday pay eligible after 90 days)
